The aim of this project is to provoke empathy and also inspire people to get in touch with their own insecurities. During this project, Gertruda reduced her own insecurities by helping her partner to get rid of his through their collaboration of artistic work.

Her collaborator’s diary entries were used to describe his insecurities from his perspective as well as images of him which reflect the meaning behind the written words. The colour yellow makes the collaborator uncomfortable, and so, it is used to reflect his insecurities even more.

The artist’s partner was invited to the exhibition to observe how other people react to his confession and as an outcome of the whole planned performance by Gertruda the collaborator completely accepted himself the way he is.
